At a meeting of of the Starf and the Commandinį Officers of the overul nito of which as hold yosturday the question of the accommodation to be provided at the new Hond quarters was considered, nd I enclose herewith memorandina which sets forth the result of their delibor- ations.I also Alc.:se a rough 11:er Alan or the main buil- ding which given i general way their idea as to ti : site and arrangement of the building.You will see that there is no attempt to indicate staircases etc.,und of course the dimensic glvon are only for your gene-1 guidance.

sive in construction as possible.

It is, of course,understood that the buil/lys will be fitted and furnished by the Government.Bome of the
